Shipping and Shipping Times.
We ship Via Royal Mail and delivery can take 3 - 5 days from time of placing your order on average but please be aware during busy times delivery can take 10 - 14 days.
Once your order is made and your payment has been received, your order is shipped within 1-2 days. As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can stay up to date about the delivery time of your order.
Depending on your location your delivery might face unforeseen delays due to covid-19 restrictions. These restrictions are different depending on the final destination country and the countries the product is being transported.
We will do anything in our power to anticipate these delays, try to prevent them, and update you on the cause of delays. I hope you understand that we are all in this together and we cannot be responsible for delays due to changing Covid restrictions.

Lost or missing item
If your item hasn't arrived, please track your item with the provided tracking code. Inform us of your situation and we will do everything in our power to find your item and return it to the rightful owner.

Audio pods Return Policy
Returns and refunds are allowed if we receive your request within 14 calendar days from delivery. All returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents ) by Audio pods within 14 calendar days after the return is approved.
Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the item is received by us. Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the customer contacts our Support team to inform us the package has been shipped and the return item is scanned for delivery back to Audio pods. Upon inspection, if the product is not defective the cost of product will be refunded minus our original shipping costs and 25% restocking fee.
Change of Mind / Non-Defective Product
Generally, we offer a 14 day "change-of-mind" return policy, but please note that some items are not returnable in any case, due to their nature. All earphones and audio pods are NOT REFUNDABLE if the seals and packaging have been opened due to health and hygiene reasons. This is noted on the product page. Please do not open the product if you do not plan to keep the item you purchased. All returns must be received complete (with all original packaging and contents and any free items as well) and in working condition by Audio pods within 7 calendar days after the return is approved and prior approval is required within 7 days of delivery..
For a change-of-mind return, we do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and we do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.
Refunds will be issued on change of mind returns once the item is received. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds can take up to 21 days once received to action.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company (credit card, bank, paypal etc). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ Audiopods.co.uk and we will get to the bottom of it.
Customs and Duties
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Audio pods is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check customs regulations of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
